The only entries that count towards the challenge are when you INTENTIONALLY go out for a run/walk/hike for exercise.

2 / Daily Step Counters

Your daily steps on your watch/phone DO NOT count.

3 / Biking, Rowing & Swimming

Biking, Rowing and Swimming DOES NOT count as the mileage can't easily be converted to running/walking/hiking miles.

4 / Community

Encourage all of your family and friends to sign up and join you! This challenge is all about getting active as a community and reaching a shared goal.

5 / Last, but not least...
